I haven't received my tracking email.
We send one as soon as your order ships. Check your spam folder and search "Tattoo Numbing Cream Co." If your order was placed in the last 1–2 business days, it may not have shipped yet.

How long does shipping take?
Australia 2–5 business days. United States 5–10 business days. International 7–14 business days. Express options available at checkout.

My tracking hasn't updated.
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after dispatch. If it's been longer than 5 business days with no update, email us and we'll chase the carrier.
