Pro Team Terms and Conditions - Tattoo Numbing Cream Co.

1. Introduction
By joining the Tattoo Numbing Cream Co. Pro Team (the “Pro Team”), you (the “Artist”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Participation is voluntary and non-exclusive. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
2. Eligibility
- Professional tattoo artist or studio with an active social presence.
- Over 18 years of age.
- Willing to create and share content that represents Tattoo Numbing Cream Co. in a positive and professional way.
3. Artist Commitments
As a Pro Team member, you agree to:
- Create and post 1 to 2 pieces of content per month featuring Tattoo Numbing Cream Co. products. Formats can include photos, videos, stories, reels, or posts.
- Tag @tattoonumbingcreamco and use agreed hashtags such as #TattooNumbingCreamCo, #FckPain, and #TNCProTeam.
- Grant Tattoo Numbing Cream Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, share, and feature your tagged or submitted content across our platforms with credit to you.
- Disclose your affiliation in line with advertising laws and platform rules. Examples include #ad, #sponsored, or “Partnered with Tattoo Numbing Cream Co.” where required.
- Conduct yourself professionally online and offline, maintaining standards that reflect positively on the tattoo community and the brand.
4. Tattoo Numbing Cream Co. Commitments
As a Pro Team member, you may receive:
- A personal artist profile on our website with a link to your chosen page or studio.
- Regular features across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Artist of the Month opportunities shared to our combined audience.
- Free or discounted product kits for content creation when available.
- Early access to new product launches.
- Opportunities for collaboration on campaigns, events, and promotions.
5. Intellectual Property
- You retain full ownership of your content.
- By tagging or submitting content to Tattoo Numbing Cream Co., you give permission for us to use, repost, and adapt the content for promotional purposes with credit to you.
6. Term and Termination
- These Terms apply from the date you are accepted into the Pro Team.
- Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice. Email notice is sufficient.
- We may remove members who fail to meet requirements or who act in a way that damages brand reputation.
7. Liability
- Tattoo Numbing Cream Co. is not responsible for injury, loss, or damages arising from your participation in the Pro Team or your use of our products.
- Artists agree to use Tattoo Numbing Cream Co. products as directed and in compliance with all applicable health and safety standards.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
9. Acceptance
By submitting your details to join the Pro Team and selecting “I agree,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
10. Privacy and Data

11. Content Moderation
We may refuse, remove, or request edits to any content that misrepresents the brand, violates community standards, or includes inappropriate, illegal, or harmful material.
12. Non-Endorsement
Pro Team participation does not create employment, partnership, or agency. Artists act as independent professionals and remain responsible for their own clients, pricing, and business operations.
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes are posted will mean you accept the updated Terms.
