We ship worldwide from dispatch centres in Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

5. Tracking & Proof of Delivery

- We do not require a signature on delivery — parcels may be left in a secure location at the courier's discretion.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows the parcel was delivered but you have not received it, please:

- Look around your property and check with neighbours, housemates, or your local post office.

We will assist in tracing the parcel or helping lodge a claim with the courier. Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
